We loved the small balcony with our room, it was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean with daily housekeeping. The pool and steam room were great and not crowded. The kitchen was handy. Beds and bathroom were comfortable. The front staff were very helpful in English.

Hi. The location was great. the staff were very helpful and friendly. the website was difficult to follow as we needed an extra bed for a child, which was free, but difficult to work out on the website. We couldnt understand why the hotel offers great breaks on the rooms but charges so much for breakfast. That was a dissapointment for us. Otherwise great hotel.

Breakfast too costly. No air conditioning but you did supply fans.

Great location in a charming area with nice bars, shops, and restaurants. The hotel rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with high ceilings and spotless cleanliness. The hotel had a tranquil spa area, which was a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. the hotel offered excellent swimming pool facilities, including steps into the pool and a sauna and steam room.

The hotel lacked certain amenities and services expected from a 5-star establishment. The selection of TV channels in English was limited, which could be disappointing for international guests.

It was nice having a suite and felt the price was good.

Glad we had a kitchenette because breakfast was 20 euros per person--pretty expensive. Location wasn't very convenient to sights in Berlin.

The hotel is located in a good place in the western part Berlin. Nearby it is a lot of restaurants, shops. Nearby metro station. From hotel probably quickly to reach both the Berlin-Tegel International Airport, and to city center. Spacious comfortable rooms with kitchen, the friendly personnel.

For hotel of such class the breakfast in cost 20 euros from the person could be more various.

Conveniently located near a major train station. Rooms are well insulated and spacious with helpful staff. Impressive city views and easy access to shopping. Ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended. 👍

Clean and spacious rooms

Had to pay 100 euros for the late check-out (the rate for the overnight stay was 105!). The hotel was empty when we stayed so we felt it was really odd when they charged us almost the daily room rate for late check out

Louisa's Place was a luxurious stay near Ku'damm with a spacious room, separate bedroom, and well-equipped kitchen. Good beds and a large bathroom. Excellent food and service in the restaurant, with a variety of options for breakfast. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants. The small pool in the basement was a great amenity.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The cleanliness and presentation of the hotel was superb. Its the small touches that make all the difference and we liked that the staff were thoughtful enough to provide a childs bathroom for our 4 year old son.

Our group of 5 ladies had a marvellous time at Louisa`s Place. Everything was perffect: location near design boutiques and restaurants, breakfast, balcony on Kudamm, and Anna and others were quite a dream team of hotel reception and staff! Best service ever and we have been around.. Only if our huge suite had had separate toilet and bathroom, we would had been in heaven.. Ps. Bathroom was so big that you could just put a wall in it..

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to Tegel airport, the Berlin zoo, and many stations that connect to various tourist attractions. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with kitchenettes and excellent facilities. The staff is friendly and attentive, fulfilling guests' every wish promptly. Guests have enjoyed the pool area and the soothing music that accompanies it, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

On Sunday nights, room service is not available, requiring guests to venture out for food.

Perfect location in central Berlin near shopping centres and many attractions. Five floor building with classic style interieur, large room (we had a suite) with elegant furniture, bath room with shower and tub, very nice swimming pool and sauna and shower facilities in the basement, romantic atmosphere, serviceminded and friendly staff.

A very nice place for staying with children and those who like quiet, cozy small hotels with excellent service and facilities. Kitchen with coffee machine and dish-washer. Sauna and swimming pool are great. Room service is also good but menu is very limited.

Breakfast is really overpriced (20 euro per person). But with coffee machine in the kitchen and bakery and shops nearby it makes no problem.
